Kaelyn here. I’m a travel junkie, cooking enthusiast, lover of all things outdoors. I’m a small business owner and small business advocate. I’m a mom and a (soon-to-be) wife. And I’ve been in the hospitality industry for 19 years (basically my whole life) and I’ve produced hundreds of weddings through the years. I’ve seen it all - literally - and I’ve helped clients across the U.S. plan and execute their best day.
We created “My Wedding Planner” as an off-shoot of Lexington Event Company for two reasons: to focus all our time and attention to our wedding clients, and to give folks the ability to customize (even more than before) their services and pricing. Our platform allows you to glean our knowledge, experience & tips, plus lean on the relationships we’ve built over the last 30 years - and “package” it in a way that make sense to you - both in format and finance.
We have a few options already curated for you but are always happy to customize something that fits your budget and your needs. We want to ensure you get the most out of us - and that we can help support where it makes sense.. You’ll never be given a “minimum”, be charged a commission, or be forced to contract a vendor. We designed this program to meet you where you are, and help guide you through the sometimes stressful process of wedding planning.

Our program and platform are open and accessible to couples of all backgrounds - no matter your gender, race, ethnicity or sexual orientation. We meet you where you are, and help bring your best day to life. We primarily use Zoom as a meeting “place” to allow our clients the flexibility and freedom to schedule appointments when it makes sense, from wherever they are.
